Dearest Stephen Collins -- I think "7H" is the most happenin' show there is ! I can't decide which sister I am most like (not Ruthie !). The love and warmth is so cool in your family. I also really like the way you guys handle problems (like drugs and pregnancy and slapping siblings). I wish my folks were as on target as you and Mrs. Camden seem to be. I love Wilson and Happy, too !! Peace, man - and keep up the quality, reality-based programming. Your #2 Fan - Trudy

Dear Mr.Collins,

How are you? I admire you so much. I watch 7th Heaven every time it is on, I LOVE IT. I wish I could have a family like that, you always take your problems really well and you know how to handle them, and I know it's just a TV show, but I still love it. Well I got to go. Thanks for reading my letter. TAKE CARE.

Hey Stephen!
I just sent a personal email, but I could never resist a guest book. How groovy to see how many fans you have and that there are a lot of other people who count you as their favorite actor. Thanks so much for using my picture of you and Trixie AND for the plug about The Sweater Book. Hope all's well with you and yours and your stellar TV family. Happy holidays and hope to see you again soon.

Love and peace,

Hi Stephen...giggle...I guess that I may be one of your older viewers...29 years old next week, but your show is so helpful to me. I love being a part of your TV family twice a week. I had a really abusive childhood (episode with fired Science teacher hit home) and I am 2 & 1/2 years in recovery for alcohol, and doing great and sponsoring 2 women, and have my 2nd album of all original pop music coming out in early 1999. So I lose myself in the show...and feel nutured. So thank you for a great, touching, spiritual show. Not much like this on the air.
Question: who is the person who sang the great theme song to the show?

Happy Holiday and New Year! Best to you and your wife. (I'm married almost 7 years myself to a wonderful man)

Wow! Your site is great :) I just want you to know that I think you and the rest of the 7th Heaven cast are doing a great job. It is awesome to see a clean, fun show on TV. I have to admit I originally began watching the show to see Jessica Biel...however, I am now a big fan of the show too :) A lot of kids I go to school with watch your show religiously too :)

Keep up the good work.

Dear Mr. Collins,
I really appreciate your high quality acting on 7th Heaven, and other shows and movies that I have seen, especially Star Trek: The Motion Picture and The First Wives Club. I also enjoyed your book Double Exposure, and am looking forward to reading Eye Contact after finals are over (one more week!). As an education major and a big sister, I really admire the way that you have very explicitly stated that your books are not appropriate for younger readers. Thank you for your wonderful contributions to quality entertainment.

I just saw your good pictures and saw that the last one really favors the young man that plays your oldest son on 7th Heaven. It was really cool how much you two favor each other at that point in time. Your show Monday night was great. I know it was a repeat, but I still think it needed to be shown again. I have a child who is going to college next year and it was great to watch it with her. Keep up the good work. Kim

Dear Mr. Collins,

I've e-mailed you before, but I'm not sure that you remember me or not. I just wanted to say that I think that you're a brilliant person. Not just as an actor, but as a writer and just as a person in general. I'm only 16, but I have read your book Double Exposure. I know that you said in an interview that you thought that the book was not appropriate for children or teenagers. But I just had to read it. I borrowed it from a friend of mine on the streets. He said that even though the book was probably written for adults, he thought that I was mature enough to read it. Plus he knows how much I admire you and he knows that teachers make us read all of these crappy books in school. But anyways, I must say that I thought your book had great potential and I loved it. I also wanted to say that I read in an interview online that you never drink. I really, truly admire that. I mean, there are so many dads, as well as moms, out there who drink and make their kids' lives a living hell. I think that it's so smart what you said in that interview and I just wanted to say that your little girl is so lucky to have you as a father. You're a truly great man. I hope that you know how much you truly inspired the lives of others in this world, including me.

I think that more families should start watching 7th Heaven, because more people would admire it and learn from it. It teaches people that no matter how bad things get, you can always count on your family. I always had a hard time believing that, and I still do sometimes. But I know that if you can't always count on your family, then there's always hope. And 7th Heaven has helped me realize that. You have helped me realize that. I think that there is some of Eric Camden's character in you. I see love and care when I see you. And your family is very lucky to have you. Your fans are very lucky to have you. Believe it or not, you have touched the lives of others. I hope that someday, whether it be now or when I'm all grown up, I hope that someday I get to meet you and thank you for all the joy you've brought into my life. Thank you so much.

Love always,
Your #1 Fan,

Hello Mr.Collins,
I'm the third Infante brother, and the last. My two younger brothers, Daniel and Gabriel, have already written. I like 7th Heaven and I really didn't know much about your career. Thanks to this page I've learned a few things about you. I really like the gallery and hope you add more photos.

Dear Stephen Collins

Hi, My name is Gabriel and I love to watch 7th Heaven, I think my brother Daniel wrote you.
The thing I love about the show is that in every episode they teach us a new lesson about life and how to resolve a problem that anyone could face.
What I like about the Camden family is that they are very close. Especially Eric and Annie because they support a lot Matt, Lucy, and Mary, especially because they are teens.
There aren't many parents that support their children, especilly when both parents work, they don't spend time with them. I have had classmates that didn't do so well in school and they get in trouble most of the time, and I think it's for the same reason that I just mentioned to you.
I think 7th Heaven is not just for us teens but also for the parents, and especially for those who aren't so close to their children.
I can't wait to see the new episode.

Dear Mr. Collins:

I just wanted to say how very much I appreciate "7th Heaven". It is a great show for the entire family. My retired 81 year old mother loves it. It is a good, clean show that addresses issues that teens, families and just people in general are dealing with today. Do you believe the things that the show tries to teach or is it just an acting job? I think you are a 'hunk' and should be considered right up there with Tom Cruise, Tom Selleck, and those other guys that 'Hollywood' totes as good-looking men. Your biography doesn't mention anything about a family. Do you have one? Do you read these messages that people write to you?
Blessings on you and your continued endeavors. -Jan

Dear Mr. Collins,

Hello, The reason I didn't have time to post is that I have been busy with college and getting ready for midterms. I just want to say I watched you on the USA network movie, "An Unexpected Life" and I thought you were great. I think you are a great actor period. I think you did a good job with the episode where Simon's classmate shoots Eric was a good episode with a good way to touch on a hot topic. I'll talk with you later, bye.
By The Way, HAPPY THANKSGIVING, everybody!!!

Dear Mr. Collins,
I am a recent inductee to the show 7th Heaven, but now consider myself totally hooked.
I just love the show and of course your character and performances are wonderful. I had no idea how extensive your resume was, although with your ability I should have guessed as much. The character Eric Camden is a gem...it's just a delight to watch the show. I now have something to look forward to on a Monday. Thanks so much for keeping me entertained and keep up the excellent work!!

Hi --
I'm a big fan of yours (even before 7th) but I LOVE 7h Heaven!! Great character (tho one suspects after seeing you on "Politically Incorrect" that some of the ideas expressed aren't Eric Camden-ish -- guess that's why they call it acting!)
Thanks much for the gentle show on cutting. I am a cutter (since age 8) and really appreciated seeing it portrayed as serious, but not disgusting or sensationalized! As if we didn't have enough problems!
Thanks for tackling tough, real issues in a family drama -- keep taking risks with the show!

Stephen, your homepage is very impressive. Thank you for your stellar performances each week on 7th Heaven. It is the only show that my family watches together. It is so nice to be able to sit down and not have to worry about the language my children will hear. My husband and I have two children, Lauren and Ciara, and we just won't miss 7th Heaven. Even when we were on vacation last summer, we checked the television section of the paper to see if it was coming on.

One of our favorite episodes is where your family met Lucy's boyfriend, Rod. We taped it and watched it several times. We always enjoy it when the Colonel and your mom are on. The great thing about 7th Heaven is that the Camden family seems like a "real family". The casting director did an excellent job. It's funny how some of the things Mary and Lucy does reminds me so much of my two daughters. I sometimes call them Mary and Lucy for fun!

Keep up the good work and I'll write again.

I enjoyed reading through your guest book. I am very impressed with the Website, your books (have read both) and, of course your tv show. I also am impressed with your responding to the E-mails sent you. Someone as accomplished as you are could let little things like this go, and I commend you for staying so down to earth. I'm also impressed with your long-lasting marriage. I have heard you on a couple of talk shows, and you always mention you family and how happy you are. You also always compliment your wife on being a wonderful actress. I like that too. Coming from a broken home and never marrying myself, it is nice to know there are men who honor their family. God Bless you and keep up the wonderful work on 7th Heaven. I have watched the show from day one and have never been disappointed. Thank you.

Dear Mr. Collins,

I was quite surprised to see all that you had done in writing, acting, and directing in the past. I have always been a big fan of your acting...but never realized how vast your "resume" actually was.
Currently, I am a big fan of 7th Heavan, and the entire cast. I think it is wonderful that television is finally offering quality family shows like yours again, and hope you and your cast members enjoy a long run.
I do have to admit however, to being a big fan of Tales of The Gold Monkey (boy do I miss that show!) Although I was in middle school when that was out, I do have fond, if not vague memories.
I wish you and your "cast mates" all the luck in the world, and hope one day I will have the pleasure of acting with you in the future.

Your show last night (11/16/98) on drugs was excellent. So many people don't realize that drug addictions can be to things we find easily on store shelves. Bringing up that just because a substance is "natural" doesn't make it safe was very good. I commend you and the entire cast and staff for an excellent show - one that deals with topics that are real and with people handling them in a more-true-to-life way than most shows. Keep up the good work and thanks for such an enjoyable hour with your whole TV family. God bless you all.

Hi, Stephen--

We have enjoyed your work for years. Our favorites have been "Chiefs" and Tales of the Gold Monkey. Both great shows! Now we have been watching "7th Heaven" since the mid part of the first season. Tim and our two girls go to Bible Study Monday nights and my (now) 15 year old son and I were searching for something to watch on television. We enjoyed 7th Heaven right from the start. Now we record it and watch it as a family some weeks for our "family night". All three of our children love the show, and we have opportunities to stop the tape and discuss whatever issue is being covered. We even talk about the choices that some of the kids (on the show) are making and how they could have been better.
Our kids are 15, 12, and 9 years old. It's amazing how there is something for each of them on this show. We appreciate how the father and mother hold the kids to high standards. We find that our kids don't think we are quite so strict. It's a challenge raising children in today's society.

We wish you and your family all the best.

Anyway, keep up the good work. The show is terrific, and you are my

Mr. Collins

Hi, I'm 14 years old and I just wanted to say that you have a wonderful page. I cannot wait till I get your book. I know that it probably was out for a while but I'm going to get it.
I also wanted to say that you play a great!!!! father on 7th Heaven. 7th Heaven is the best-rated show for the kids, because it talks about things that happen outside of the show. So keep up the good work that you all put into it.
That show always makes me laugh and cry when I see it. I was surprised that it is playing another role of it this year. I hope that it will stay on for a long period of time.
Can you please say hi to Barry Watson, Jessica Biel, David Gallagher, Mackenzie Rosman, Catherine Hicks, and of course Happy. I wish that someday I can meet you or talk to you. I hope that I will hear from you in the future. When I get my page started and finished I would love you to come and visit it.
GOD BLESS ALL.

Hello,
I saw you the other night at the 50's eatery in Beverly Hills. My daughter and Granddaughter had seen one of the billboards advertising "7th Heaven". We all were commenting on how much we like the show. To see you topped off our evening. They had flown in from Phoenix, and seeing you made our weekend. I hope you had an enjoyable evening with your family.
Hope "7th Heaven" is on for many years to come.

Hello Stephen....
7th Heaven is a wonderful show...A family program that is easy to relate to, and very entertaining...dealing with important issues, portraying everyday life.....

When I was growing up (IN THE LATE 70'S and 80'S) there were TV nights filled with great shows (sitcoms/dramas); nowadays I find myself channel-surfing for quality...

You are very talented, and very handsome...I have to say in high school...I had a huge crush on you...It was right after Jumpin' Jack Flash...You and Whoopi had so much chemistry.....

Keep acting, and writing..I'll keep watching, and reading

Dear Stephen,
Hi, it's me, the complainer. Wzup!!!! SO WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO BE IN NEW YORK AGAIN, 'CAUSE I WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN? So, what other shows are you going to be on? I still have the one where you're on Regis & Kathy Lee, that was a couple of weeks after you signed my book. I've never really got to tell you how much I enjoy your work -- not only on 7th Heaven, but all your other loveable movies. I guess you already got my letter that I sent to you. I really meant what I wrote -- you've given me so much strength and I'LL ALWAYS WILL REMEMBER YOU IN MY HEART AND SOUL but all I wish is to meet you one more time to really thank you. I'm going on a trip to Los Angeles and I hope I'll bump into you. So as a teenager would do, that is be on the telephone all night talking about you and your blue eyes. Well not every teenager, but that doesn't mean me, and by the way my friends made a bet on me that I wouldn't be able to about you for a week -- well they win the bet, I just couldn't help myself. Well I got to go and when I get my laptop for my birthday I'll chat with you.

P.S. Say hi to Faye and Kate for me.

Love Always,
Christina, a.k.a. complainer

Dear Mr. Stephen Collins:
Good day Stephen! My name is Christine and I just wanted to drop you a line to say THANKS for bringing a little bit of Heaven into my home each week! You have had a very rewarding career as I have watched you for years, but I must say that I think this role fits you to a tee!! I couldn't imagine anyone doing the fantastic job that you and the others from 7th Heaven do! How in the world do you find time to write such intriguing books? Any chance of you coming to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada any time in the near future?

Well, I think I've taken up enough of your time. Please try to let me know about coming up to Canada!
May God Bless you and your family and I wish you all the very best of luck with your new book!

Hello Steve, that's how I remember your name from school. I'm HHS '66 which is a year or two after you. I've been telling my wife and kids for 25 years that I know this guy! (remember the Pearl Drops Toothpolish commercial? That's when I said it for the first time. You may not remember who I am, but I sold shoes to you and your Mom at Ben-Sun's where I worked from age 13 through graduation. My Dad, Bernie, Uncle and Cousins (Spiegel Family) owned Al's Market on Warburton Ave. next door to Usher's Stationery. Just found out that we have another famous alum out there, Keith Olbermann (NBC Sports and MSNBC's "Big Show"). His folks still live in Hastings and he went back there for a nationally broadcast "Visit Home" last Christmas. It was very nostalgic, especially when the camera showed the "Hastings House Restaurant" where I spent a lot of time! Haven't been back there for a few years, since my Dad finally moved here to Miami (at age 90) last year. I've been in the restaurant and food brokerage business in the Miami area (living now in Bay Harbor Islands, just north of South Beach) ever since getting out of USAF and finishing college here in Miami.

My wife and kids never miss "7th Heaven" and I'm a real fan of "All the President's Men" which I just watched again the other day. Would love to hear from you, especially my 17 yr. old daughter, Marjorie, who would swoon over a personal photo.

Snail mail address is 10076 Bay Harbor Terr., Bay Harbor Islands, FL 33154.

It was great to find your web site. It looks terrific! Any book signings in Miami area? Thanks again for reading this, look forward to your response. Keep up the great work on screen and in print.

Stephen,
I am a huge fan of your show 7th Heaven, I watch it with my mom and sister on Monday nights. Thank you for being such a great part of a wonderful show. There aren't many great christian shows on the air lately. I am looking foward to the birth of the twins. I was so surprised when the season premiere aired and the announcement was made that Eric and Annie were having twins. I love all of the members of the cast. I like Barry Watson and Jessica Biel. Mackenzie Rosman is cute and funny. She sure is growing. I would love it if you would send me an instant message sometime. My onscreen name is RRJJH. I would love to chat with you. Thanks for all you do on the show -- keep up the good work.

Stephen,
Thanks so much for being a part of the wonderful program "7th Heaven". I love this show, because it portrays a "real" family that has issues, gripes, and everyday home problems...BUT, shows that there are ways of dealing with those problems with family love and support...even when the "issues" are big.
It's certainly a long way from some of the shows that are on television today that dwell on the negative and stay there. The program doesn't always nag and rag on those things that some see as negative and there is no solution. As in tonight's show about the death of a child and organ transplantation. I cried my bucket of tears while the recipients shared their stories with the mother that lost her son, plus the young unwed mother who found HOPE with someone other than her family.
I guess that my whole message here is that with 7th Heaven...you and the cast have brought us a wonderful television show where "Hope, love and charity" can make a difference in anyone's life. Thank you sooooo much! AND, I pray that 7th Heaven continues on for years to come! You all make such a statement as to what really counts in life. Good job!

Most sincerely,

Sherry

Dear Stephen

Greetings from one of your fans in Singapore; bet you didn't know we get your shows all the way across on the other side of the world.
Just to let you know that you have many fans here, two of the biggest fans being my cousin Ming and myself, who have been watching '7th Heaven' each Sunday afternoon.
We have been fans since 'Tales of the Gold Monkey' and look forward to seeing you each week.
Now that we have found your great & informative website, we will certainly check in on it to find out what you've been up to.
Good luck!!

Dear Mr. Collins,
I think that it is pretty apparent how everyone feels about you. We all agree with one thing in particular. That you are an excellent actor, and do wonderful a job playing Eric Camden on '7th Heaven.' I remember the very first thing I saw you in, 'The Babysitter's Seduction.' And ever since then I have been a big fan of yours. Even more so now with '7th Heaven.' You make Eric seem so real and do a teriffic job playing him. When Eric laughs we begin to laugh, and when he starts to get teary-eyed, our eyes begin to water too. When your name comes to mind, I think of a talented and successful actor, a great writer, and a good looking guy. I have never met you in person, but boy would I like to! I've only talked to you through e-mails now and then. You have been so nice to me when I have talked to you. And even if you are much older than myself (I'm 16), I can definitely say that you are a brilliant person, and I look forward to seeing you in any other work you do in the years to come.
Sincerely,

I LOVE 7th Heaven! It is one of the great things about Monday! (Yah, and you're thinking, there's nothing else that's good about Mondays!) But anyway, 7th Heaven has become one of my favorite shows of all time! Every one of the actors and actresses are TERRIFIC! I can get through Mondays knowing I can watch 7th Heaven! The dramatic episodes bring me close to tears. (And I don't cry often when I see something sad on TV) I hope that 7th Heaven goes on for many more seasons! Oh, and I would appreciate it if you suggest a Behind the Scenes episode! Thanks again for providing us with something more to smile about!

Dear Stephen,
Thank you for being part of a quality television show. I truly look forward to 7th Heaven each week. In fact I feel somewhat disappointed at the end of each episode, but I record each one to view again. I am getting quite a collection. I read both of your books this past summer. I bought Double Exposure, but I had to borrow a copy of Eye Contact from our public library. They certainly were not rated G, but I thoroughly enjoyed both. I hope you will consider writing another one.
Keep up the good work!

Dear Stephen,

I've always had nostalgic memories for Tales of the Gold Monkey, but as the BBC never repeated it, I was left with only vague memories of my childhood. Imagine my surprise when, whilst surfing the Web I found that you had portrayed my hero Jake Cutter. So you have been involved with two shows that have made me the man I am today (The other show is Star Trek). I don't know whether to be eternally grateful or to litigate.(Sound of coin tossing)...

Eternally grateful,

Congratulations on one of the best Star websites I have visited. I live in Cheltenham,England and have been an admirer of your work, since I first saw Tales of the Gold Monkey. Thanks to this website, I have been able to prove that there was such a series, as my boyfriend didn't believe me. Keep up the great work, all the best for your future.

I'm an avid follower of your work, and I think there should be a fifth answer to this week's SC Quiz! I remember some hilarious scenes between you and Faye in a TV pilot called Seventh Avenue. You played husband and wife, I think, wheeling and dealing in business and bickering with each other. Hope I'm right!

Dear Stephen,

I must say I love you in 7th Heaven, and I read your book, and I must say it was interesting in a kind of adult way. I wish I would be able to talk to you again on the Internet but I don't have a website. I hope you remember me from your autograph session in Barnes & Noble in Manhattan. I was the one with the baseball hat on backwards and playfully yelled at you because you told my mom I couldn't read the book. I'll keep watching your show 7th Heaven. See Ya! GOOOOOOOOOOOO 7th Heaven.

I can't find your new show. I get Primestar and local network TV in Madison. The WB (which I assume to be Warner Brothers) is an unknown entity in these parts of the country. We may be backwoods, but if it's a good show, I'm going to give it a try. Things are so slim in viewing, I even watch Walker Texas Ranger on Saturday nights. With hundreds of stations, it's amazing how little there is to view.

Stephen,

Just wanted to add my comments to all the accolades that I see in the Guestbook. 7th Heaven is THE family show my family tries not to miss. Okay, as east coast Dish Network subscribers we do get (at least) three chances to see it on Monday night. It's a rare Monday evening that we miss it.

Regards,

By the way, 'Stella' is one of my wife's all time favorites.

Stephen,
I love 7th Heaven because it's a true family show. So many shows on T.V. these days promote bad values in some way or another. But 7th Heaven is different. It's warm and uplifting, and I like that in a show. As a Trek fan, and now as a 7th Heaven fan, I wish you good luck and Godspeed in many seasons to come.

Hi
I love 7th Heaven. My brother watched it before me, but I actually feel like the Camdens are real, and I think you do a great job. Maybe you could email me and give the other people on the show's email addresses, and maybe you could ask the writer to let Lindsay Lohan be in one episode -- just a little part -- because she's the best actress.

Dear Stephen,

I'm writing in hopes that you'll pass on to your castmates and the production team my heartfelt thanks for "7th Heaven." I grew up watching the family shows of the Fifties, and while it's certainly a good thing in some respects th at TV has grown and changed with the times, I still find myself wide-eyed at some of the things I see and hear during what used to be "the family hour." So...thanks to all of you for offering a show that families can watch without fear of having somethin g embarrassing or objectionable crop up, and for depicting a family with strong ties and obvious love for each other. It's a joy to watch. I only began tuning in a few weeks ago, but am looking forward to the new season and to the Sunday night reruns so that I can catch up on all the episodes from the beginning.

Much good luck with your book (from, as you may guess by my screen name, a fellow author) and with your acting and directing careers!

Oh my god.... I never thought that I would get to write something that a star would once read... I absolutely adore 7th Heaven and although I am not a judge of any type of female character I must say as an aspiring actress myself that the actors on your show are superb, especially Beverly Mitchell. When her character Lucy feels pain it is like I feel her pain as well. It is almost as though I become engrossed with whatever is most important to Lucy at that time and can feel her pain as well as she does... Watching the actresses and actors on your show is like being on an emotional rollercoaster. Each one adds their feelings while adding a little spice to the storyline as well. Thank you.... I cannot express what a privilege and an honor this is.

Hey Stephen. I'm 14 years old and I'm a great fan of 7th Heaven, and I really enjoy your character Eric Camden. Your character must be quite tough to portray, as you basically lead a sort of double life. You have great responsibilty as a minister of th e church, and you are also the father of 5 children! Personally I think that's a great achievement for a father. I hope you continue to progress through the seasons of 7th Heaven successfully. As for the fact that Matt might be leaving the show, I really don't want him to leave. His character is quite cool, as he watches out for his siblings and takes care of them. Anyways, it would be really nice if you could write back to me, concerning info on you r future career as well as the other members of the cast. P.S. Do Jessica Biel and Beverly Mitchell have any e-mail addresses? I would very much like to chat with them. David Gallagher's e-mail or anything would be greatly appreciated as well. I'm also go ing to check out your book. I hear it is supposed to be a great novel. Bye for now.

Greetings Stephen!

My wife and I started watching 7th Heaven shortly after our first child was born. JJ is now two and a half and loves watching the show with us. Frankly, I envy you. You're living both the lives I've yearned to live. What do I mean? Before becoming an aspirant to the ministry, I longed to be an actor. What's really strange is that much of what I'm going through now family-wise seems almost like an impression of the early years of the Camden family... except that JJ is as blonde as Simon. Neither of m y dreams has ever come to pass (alas!) but I'm happy for you. Oh, to be either Stephen or Eric!

Hi Stephen - I had the honor of attending one of the tapings for 7th Heaven back in March, as I am friends with Casey and Dylan's mom, Peggy. Although I saw you there, I didn't get a chance to meet you. Will you be having a book signing in the Twin Cities area soon? Honestly - I haven't written a fan letter since David Cassidy was with
the Partdrigde Family!:) You know what? This is a bit peculiar.
I only began watching your show because, well, to tell you the truth
it was on before Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Direct enough? I was never
a big fan of those Spelling shows. But, since there is a pastor
in my family, I began to watch and noticed the sincerity of your character.
And to be direct again - the fact you and your co-star were in those
Star Trek Movies hanged a bigger plus...caught me...ST fan. The one aspect
about 7th Heaven; it does not insult the intelligence of the audience.
The dialoge is well timed. The subject matter so appropriate for the nineties.
It's nice to see the show has been picked up for another season.
As for you; I spied you in a little romance movie some time ago, titled
"The Promise." I have also seen you perform on stage as well as in
other projects. As a fellow artist it is always so grand to see how
others vent their talent. We do what makes us most happiest. Even when
writing a fan letter after twenty some odd years. I look foward to
watching more of your work; unless it conflicts with Xena: Warrior Princess,
sorry she comes first. HA! :) I can't make amends for that one.

Thanks

Hey Stephen!!!!
I am 15 years old and just wanted to say how much I love your character on 7th Heaven. The show, I believe, has gone through a big success. My favorite show is "Don't Take Love Away From Me." I watch the show every Monday night on the WB. The show that moved me the most was "I Hate You." I can't wait until the next season comes around!!! Hope to see you in Birmingham, Alabama for your book signing tour.
I LOVE YOU!!!!

I just wanted you and the other cast members to know how much I really enjoy 7th Heaven. My family and I never miss an episode. I read the article in Entertainment Weekly about how Buffy was the number one show on WB, then I read your letter to Ente rtainment Weekly. I want you to know that people here in Texas support your efforts to have a good, clean and sex free show that you can watch with your kids. Your show can have me crying like a baby one minute and then laughing like crazy the next. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Can't wait to see what's going to happen in the fall.

Dear Stephen,

What a fabulous idea, having your own Website. I found this information while I was reading Entertainment Weekly. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for having a program like 7TH HEAVEN on the air. My 11 year-old daughter, Rebecca and I alwa ys sit down and watch the show TOGETHER!!. There aren't too many shows on TV that we like anymore. Monday night has always been WB night and we knew that from 8-10pm we were 7th Heavened and Buffy'd There are two episodes that really affected us deeply. T he first was about the Holocaust Survivor and the other was when Sarah was killed in the car accident.
I wish the OTHER networks would take a page out of the WB's book and do some really original and family-oriented programming.
God Bless you and your family! I saw you on REGIS & KATHIE LEE and I can't wait to go out and buy both of your books. You are a true gentleman and I'm honored to be able to access this website and tell you how I feel.

Warmest Regards,

There is a page on my site for actors whom Robert has worked with. Since you were one of them, you are on this page.

Stephen,
I loved your show on RealHollywood.com I never knew you were such a journalist at heart.
Your book sounds amazing. I must go out and buy it right now. I also never realized how incredibly handsome you were until I saw the back cover of Double Exposure.
I'd love to see you do a screenplay. One of my favorite movies was All the President's Men.
You seem to have a beautiful family and wonderful mind.
Great site!

Stephen,
I was just watching ST:TMP today, and although a lot of people think it was boring, I think it ranks right up there with Space:2001. Someday people will realize that it's the most well done and thoughtful Star Trek movie.
My friend and I were watching Tales of the Gold Monkey and, being aircraft mechanics in Alaska who have worked on gooses, we could really identify with Cookie.
I stumbled across 7th Heaven the other day and was pleasantly surprised, I think it would be a great inside joke if you had a model of the Enterprise on the set somewhere. 7th Heaven is a good quality, positive, show. Will keep watching. Thanx.

Did a web search so I could find out where to write to commend whoever is responsible for putting "7th Heaven" on TV. It is such a pleasure to watch a show that is suitable for all ages and deals with everyday problems in a sensible way. S o glad that it has been picked up for another season as usually the shows I like all get cancelled. Keep up the good work.

Dear Mr. Collins,
I'm a great fan of yours, and I think you're a great actor. My 9-year-old daughter thinks you're awesome. Once we started watching 7th Heaven, we couldn't stop. It's a fine family show and I'm not afraid for my children to watch it with me. You're a ve ry good father on the show: you have patience, kindness and the ability to have your children talk to you about anything. There are a lot of parents out there that can learn a lot from your character, Eric. Do you have any children? I know you're an actor , but I bet if you do have children they are very lucky to have you as a dad. I bought both your books and I couldn't put them down. You're very good at writing, and good job. I saw your wife in one of the episodes -- she's beautiful. Is she an actress? I know you're busy. I'll keep in contact. Is there any way I can get a picture of you for my daughter? Thanks for your time.
All our best,
Karen, Jenny, Sara, and Jonathan

Have enjoyed your work for, well, let's just say a long while now. I really liked the Trek movie and am a huge "original" Trekkie fan. I have read your book and made my family mad in the process, couldn't put it down long enough to fix dinner . I do hope you continue to write (just received copy of Spring and the Labour Story) but do not stop acting. How about doing something with your wife, I also enjoyed the V mini series.

Hi Stephen!
I just wanted to say how much I have enjoyed your website. I love 7th Heaven, it is a great family show. However, people of all ages (I'm 26) can enjoy it and learn from the show. I can't wait to see how things turn out on tomorrow night's episode. Mar y being pregnant would raise some interesting issues; however, I think that it will turn out to be mom who is actually pregnant. I am in the process of reading Double Exposure, and I must say I am hooked on it. Thank you so much for answering my email, it was very exciting. I am looking forward to your book signing in Ohio.

Hi, my name is Lyss and I am 11. 7th Heaven is one of my absolute favorite shows. (The other is the X-Files) All of my friends love the show, and we are SOOOooooo worried that Mary might actually be pregant. We cannot wait until Monday. I'm throwing a big 7th Heaven Sleepover the following Friday. (We're taping it.) Here's our theory: The pregnancy tests were mixed up, and it's the mom who's pregnant, not Mary. Well, I guess we'll all have to wait for Monday. Oh, I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Stephen
I've enjoyed watching your series Tales of the Gold Monkey and hope one day now that I have read that you write to,that you will write some books based on that series and Star Trek...It seems to work for William Shatner..Of course he does not have a gr eat new series to keep him as busy as you(7th Heaven)..You would have been perfect as his replacement on Star Trek..After all it takes a great actor to fill in for one just as great as Shatner is...Write the books i'llbe loking for them.

Stephen,
I've enjoyed watching you over the years. I have always felt that Decker was destined for great things with the Star Trek II series and that he was sort of "killed off" needlessly in ST:TMP.
It was a shame he had to evolve away because we would have loved to see you in more treks. I am glad things are going well for you now though. Say "Hi" to Catherine for us.
Let us know if we can do anything to promote your site. Take care,

Hello there! I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your work, both on the screen and also as a novelist. I read your first book,"Eye Contact", and enjoyed it immensely. I will have to get a copy of your latest novel. That sounds like it will be a great read! I am also a "Trekkie," and I liked your performance in Star Trek: The Motion Picture." That was too bad that your character had to merge with V'ger in the end. Also, I enjoyed your role in the movie, "Stella.&q; uot; Keep up the good work; I am always happy to see you on the screen, (Whether it's the TV screen or the silver screen), and I look forward to more of your literary works. Take Care!

Stephen, congratulations on the establishment of your webpage. It looks great, and showcases your whole career (writing, directing, acting, music, etc) in a marvelous fashion, helping to reveal what a terrific person you are. Just as you are proud o f your work on 7th Heaven, I am proud of how you and your colleagues put together masterpieces week by week. You (all!) fight the good fight indeed, and it is reflected in the success of the show. As Rev. Eric Camden, you set an example for husbands and f athers everywhere, and I appreciate it very much. Keep up the good work, and please keep fighting the good fight. God bless you, your family, your TV family (cast), and your other colleagues.

I love Seventh Heaven!!!!!!!!!! What's the deal with all the repeats? The WB needs to treat your show better to develop a bigger audience. I was very thrilled to see that Seventh Heaven will be back next year. I also thought you were terrific in Sis ters and The First Wives Club. Thank you for letting me speak on your website.

We loved "Tales of the Gold Monkey", and were very sorry when it went off the air.
We wish we had been able to tape the shows back then.

I, too, think the site is great. And I'm pleased you're a man of your word and had it up just as you promised on April 10th. I did not find even one spelling error--my main gripe with most websites--congratulations!

Hi Stephen,
I like your site. It's very fresh and new. Too bad you won't be coming to Minnesota on your book tour. Good luck with the book! I'll be looking for it.
Thanks,

Hi, Stephen! Congratulations on your web site! It looks fantastic!
I haven't finished looking at everything yet, but I have a few hours before I have to do anything today. *grin*
I've just finished reading the first chapter of DOUBLE EXPOSURE (ouch!) and I can't wait to read the rest of it.
Again, congratulations. It really looks wonderful. And thanks for
the link!

I have followed your work for quite some time, and I enjoyed remembering each production as I found it in the lists here at your site. I especially enjoy the history-based roles: John Kennedy, Hugh Sloan. I think you have a special gift for detail, in acting and in writing.
