Dear Mr. Collins
Happy New Year, to you, your family and your fellow cast members. I hope to read in 2005 good news concerning a 10th season. I have heard that the Valentine's episode will be a musical, it about time, you have not sung on the show since Eric's heart surgery. Take care and get your rest and exercise.

Good Morning, Mr. Collins
I was watching the news this morning and saw where southern California is going thru some bad weather, fortunately, nothing like the tsunami that hit Indonesia. I have had some very personal experience with bad weather for my town was in the path of Fran a few years back. That is not an experience that I wish to repeat. My heart and prayers go out to the survivors of the earthquake and the tsunami. I hope the weather conditions in LA are more of a nuisance than detrimental to life.
Sir, I was going to leave a message concerning 7th Heaven but I will wait til the new year. Have a Happy New Year.

Dear Mr. Collins
I understand that 7th Heaven's cast and crew are taking an extended Holiday vacation, which I think is good, for you work long hours. I read some TV Guide news posted on the web that Heaven is going to have a Valentine's musical episode. I am so excited for I will hear you sing, and also Catherine and Beverley. I do not know the details yet, but I am looking forward to this episode.
Also, I am waiting for the release of your second cd in the spring. You are probably tired of hearing/reading this next question, but do you know anything about a 10th season. If the news is bad then I would prefer to know now, rather than later.
P.S. A good name for Lucy's baby is Rebecca Camden Kinkirk.

This is my firstposting, because there has been a Stephen Collins revival in my home! I think 7th Heaven is an excellent series, and Stephen is the only actor who could anchor the Camden household, seriously, what if they chose someone else?! Oh, the horror-
But, in hopes of not offending my beloved hero, my first Stephen Collins memory was from the third grade- He was playing the handsome hero in "Tales of the Gold Monkey" in those days, and honest to God, Jake Cutter was my first little girl crush- Who couldn't love the reluctant hero with sparkling eyes, and dimpled smile- (To this day, I still find those qualities endearing!)
I introduced my boyfriend to "Gold Monkey"(No comment on how I acquired the entire series on DVD, ahem!)and even though he was 10 years older(19-20 yrs old) than me when the series aired, he had missed out on the joy of "Gold Monkey" He is now seriously hooked; and while watching a Star Trek(I think the first movie) he paused the movie to point out "Jake Cutter" to me-
I was already a huge fan, and carried the happy memory of Cutter,Sarah, Corky, Gooshie, and Bon Chance Louie, long after the series ended, but I never understood its cancellation-
It was a shame!
I am so glad that you have enjoyed such success with 7th Heaven, and I wish you all the best for 2005! (I also found your messages of TM(trancendental meditation) inspiring!
Forever a fan!

Nice website and guestbook. If you are really anything like the character on 7th Heaven, then I think you are one awesome individual. The show tonight really brought back alot of past. Not so sure that is a good thing but it happened regardless of whether it is good or bad. Hope you and your family have a great Christmas and an even better New Year.

Dear Stephen,
We are forever grateful because you sent us 2 autographed pictures in july.Yoo are such a nice person,a handsom man and a touching actor and that is why we will always watch "7th Heaven".We had been able to watch Season 8 in November. We liked Season 8.Episodes such as "A Long Bad Summer","Getting To Know You","No Place Like Home","Lost And Found" and some others were really wonderful. We did especially like the episode "Getting To Know You" because it depicted anti-French aswell as anti-muslim sentiments in America.
In Europe we observed that anti-American feelings and prejudices are increasing. So the same could have also happened in Europe if the plot was only slightly altered. We are concerned that anti-American sentiments will increase because Bush was re-elected.We cried in front of the TV.We do not want to imagine what great harm the new/old Bush administration can do to the environment within 4 years. We hope that "7th Heaven " will voice critical attitudes and represents those who voted for Kerry."7th Heaven" had had great moments whenever it expressed more liberal attitudes and criticized for example the right to bear weapons.
However, sometimes we are also concerned about the political messages that are transported by the show/it`s authors.Sure,on the show there is a balance of different attitudes("Healing Old Wounds" balances different attitudes on Iraq eg)We just have the feeling that since September 11 the authors tend to voice opinions that please a rather concervative Bush-voting audience,eg when Matt said that he voted for Bush and during the entire episode "The Known Soldier",an episode that estranged your European audience.
When talking about Iraq it would be a good thing to stress the fact that allied troops liberated the Iraqis from an inhumane Dictator instead of constantly repeating that US troops are in Iraq in order to defent the American people. The same goes for Afghanistan. The good thing about that war was that it ended the Taliban regime and not that it allowed Simon Camden to drive American cars.
Well,we just hope that "7th Heaven" has more episodes with liberal attitudes. We want to be able to identify with the show.We need the show because we never had a family like the Camdens.
We wait for the first homosexual character to appear on the show.
Stephen,we write this to you but should have of course written it to Brenda Hampton because you do not write the episodes and you are not responsible for there contents.Maybe there have been times when you had to say lines you did not like.
Oh,we read your letter to JD Salinger and we liked it."Franny And Zooey"is a great novel and from what you have written it got clear that being an actor is not always easy.
Please do not stop enjoying what you are doing. It means very much to us and we love you.
Love,Julia and Gina

Good Morning Mr. Collins,
I had the good fortune of seeing you and Catherine Hicks on an awards show this past week. Catherine Hicks is a very pretty woman and I must say you are one handsome and charming man. In "Tales of the Gold Monkey" you were a beautiful man and I believe that you get better with age. If your wife ever wants to get rid of you, and I sincerely hope not, just let the world know and you will not be single for long. The cast and crew of 7th Heaven will break for the Season's Holidays very soon, if not already, so I am sending, a little early, Season's Greetings to the cast and crew of Heaven and to you and your family. MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Hello there Stephen,
I just wanted to say that I am a huge fan of your work. I am currently an English major at university who is an aspiring writer. I loved both of your books, and I was wondering if you could tell me who have been your literary influences. Do you have a favorite book?/or authour perhaps? I would have to say my favorite book would have to be "Uncle Tom's Cabin" by Harriet Beecher Stowe, as well as "Jane Eyre" by Austin. As you may have guessed, I am a large fan of the sentimental novel. I was also wondering if you have ever considered doing any Shakespeare? You would be absolutley brilliant at it.
Bright Blessings for the new year,

Hi Mr. Collins,
I am a huge fan of yours, and I love watching 7th heaven. It is a great show that always has a good message for everyone to learn from. I started watching 7th heaven from the beginning, because you were on it. I knew it would be a good show, because you are a great actor. I hope that 7th heaven will stay on longer because I enjoy watching it on Monday nights, but with all the children growing up, I know that it will end sooner than we want it to. It has been touching watching all the children grow up into Adults. The twins are adorable, I love how they say their lines together, they are precious. I feel like your TV family is a part of my own. Thanks for sharing.
I hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving and a wonderful Christmas.

I hope your benefit performance went well. Loved the episodes "Gratitude" but I still think that "Thanksgiving" and "Fathers" were the best. Next week episode looks good. Take care and let us know how the benefit went. Do you know how many episodes Heaven will air this season? I heard that there might be more than 22. By the way, the twins played their roles well this week. I hope the writers allow them more creative storylines and screentime. Take care and enjoy Thanksgiving with your family and friends.

Dear Stephen,I just want to thank you & the cast of 7th Heaven for being a "healthy" TV show and not just a show for ratings. I have a question about a Fender guitar program that I saw you promoting on a show. My 12 year old daughter is very serious about learning to play the guitar and we have a worship leader at our church who is willing to teach her, but I am a soon to be divorced mother of 12 year old twins with limited resources. Dear Mr. Collins
Good Morning and I hope your holiday benefit was a success. How long does 7th Heaven film before your christmas break? Heaven has been great this season, although initially I was a little concerned with Simon's storyline, because of the young children that watch 7th Heaven. I have been surprised to learn just how young some of these kids really are. You have a short story due out sometime soon, and do you plan to write another novel? I am trying to get my hopes up for a 10th season, but, yet, I do not want to be disappointed. Have an enjoyable day with your family.

Dear Mr. Collins
I am looking forward to Monday's episode, and I thought the episode "Thanksgiving" was one of the best this season, along with "Fathers."
The episode "Why Not Me" introduced the children in foster care, and I sincerely hope that Heaven will have a future episode with a foster couple taking in these kids. Over the years there have been so many episodes that I have related to, and I thank the cast and crew of 7th Heaven. I see you and the 7th Band have a charity function tomorrow nite, the best to you and the Band. Do you know anything yet about a 10th season? Is the church going to go forward with the sex education classes? If so, not just Abstinence. Personally, I hope Simon is a father, if Georgia is pregnant. I think this is a very good storyline, because it is a real issue, and I hope Heaven does not whitewash this story. Take care and get your rest.

Dear Mr. Collins
TV Tome has posted the new cast picture and I think that it is very classy. I love the more formal look, but I would have put Happy on the back row to give more contrast, Everybody looks good, the men are handsome, especially you, and the women are beautiful, that includes Happy.
I thought that Monday's episode was really good, and Barry Watson looks healthy
and I am happy that Barry has returned to 7th Heaven. I had hoped for a Christmas episode, since Heaven has only filmed one Christmas story, and we do not have any information, as yet, about a 10th season.
Take care.

Dear Mr. Collins
Hope you are having a restful and enjoyable weekend. I read on the web that Heaven may have more than 22 episodes this season, and I not certain if that is good or not. I will enjoy whatever we have. Eric and Annie are 7th Heaven and I wish Catherine Hicks would work more than 2 days a week, for this couple is the heart and soul of Heaven. I believe that the stories are still there, the writers need to think outside the box a little more, but still be 7th Heaven. A duet for you and your wife would be "That's Amore." Looking forward to the release of your album.

Dear Mr. Collins,
Your cd is not going to be released until next April. Why So long? I read in your update that you and the 7th Band will be playing another charity concert, that is good, for SC and the 7th Band must be making a name for themselves. I hope so. This is the third concert in a month. You have been asked this question before, but when are you going to sing with Faye, I know that she is a good singer, because I watched "The Greatest American Hero" several years ago.
I have enjoyed 7th Heaven this season, and "Fathers" is my favorite so far. If this is going to be the last season, I would like for Heaven to have an even 200 episodes to bring it to a close. Take care of yourself.

Hi!
I thought I would post my thoughts about Chris Reeve here... It is so sad to hear of his passing and that Bush will be in office for another 4 years. I know how hard it must be for you at thos time. I want you to know that I will be donating to the foundation sometime soon and I will do that every few months. I feel a great injustice has occured and that we must keep up the fight for research.
I hope that you keep watch over Chris Reeve's family and that you help give comfort to Robin Williams.. He was devistated... I have done a lot of crying myself over the last 3 + weeks or so...
I am thinking about all of you every day... All my love to you...
BTW... Go to the following URL http://www.capedwonder.com
It jas a nice tribute to Chris... I wrote a letter on there and you should too. It has helped me channel my grief... All the best to you....

Mr. Collins
Enjoy your charity concert Monday nite. I really appreciate 7th Heaven presenting episodes such as "Why Not Me" and "Lost and Found" for I have become more aware of what is going on around me. Lately, the Sudan has been in the news and apparently is heading toward anarchy, and so many people displaced from their homes. I hope that in another episode this season, we will see those children with the help of the church find a home.
It would have been nice to have a Christmas episode, but it appears we will have a Thankgiving one. I am glad, because so many times the Thanksgiving holiday gets lost in the Christmas rush. Tis strange because both holidays are about giving thanks.. so thank you and your fellow cast members.
P.S. I would like to see the twins get some separate storylines with other children.

I love 7th Heaven this season, and my favorite episode so far is "Fathers" closely followed by "Best Laid Plan." "Regret To Inform" was such a warm and sad episode, with excellent acting from Tyler, Martha Plimpton, and you. I do not believe that we will have a Christmas episode this season and we do not know at this time if there is going to be a 10th year. I am not going to get me hopes up, because I do not want to be disappointed if there is no 10th.
Enjoy your weekend, and get plenty of rest. You look like you are not geting enough sleep.

This evening I read that 7th Heaven is going to have an episode titled "Thanksgiving" next month. I do not recall Heaven ever doing a Thanksgiving episode, and hope that this is going to be a true Thanksgiving episode. If we cannot have another Christmas episode, then I would love a Thanksgiving one, but I ask why not both. It is not too late, because I understand that Heaven is currently filming the 10the episode. I just wanted to say that I think that you all have done such a wonderful job with it and that there have been many episodes that I could relate to, especially the one where Lucy's best friend dies in a car accident, my best friend passed away also. I just read your essay in "Five Minutes With the President." If the candidates would discuss this, it would be a breath of fresh air in the current political debates about where to go from here in making the world safe. It's an idea ahead of its time as far as the numbers of average people who meditate, but anyone who practices prayer regularly, especially Centering Prayer, realizes the power for personal change within that particular relationship with God. So, it's just the next step to realize that expanding that idea could affect the world. I'm from Iowa, where the University of Iowa hospitals are doing research on the relationship of meditation to physical healing. The results have been surprising to many who have discounted the effect of inner peace.... You wrote a wonderfully readable essay.

Dear Mr. Collins
I missed the original airing of the "Long Bad Summer" and "An Early Fall," but both episodes aired recently on ABC Family, and, for me, they were the best of the 8th season. These two episodes retrieved a memory of a friend and my supervisor, who was the mother of 3 boys. After she had left for work one day, her youngest son, age approx 10 yrs., rode his bike down the driveway and into a residential street. A woman, in a very similar scenario as Simon's, hit and killed the boy, she was not speeding, and it was ruled an accidental death. At the start of the 9th season, I watched with great interest to see how Heaven would handle Simon's return from college, and I was truly impressed. It
was interesting to see how Heaven handled this tragedy from the driver's viewpoint, for I remember the emotional impact the above accident had on my friend. Emotionally, she never recoved from her son's death, and insisted that if she has been home the accident would not have occured. I have wondered many times, if she had been at home would it have made a difference, or the worst possible picture, would she have been a witness? When I began working with her, the accident had occured 2 years earlier.
I do wish that Heaven had given more screen time to Simon and Justin's relationship and resolution, and less to the adopting couples, which could have occured off screen and been more effective.
My sympathies on the passing of your friend, Christopher Reeve.
Have a nice day and enjoy the remainder of your weekend.

Dear Mr. Collins
Good Morning, I hope this will be a pleasant weekend for you and your family. Before the 9th season started, I asked did the Camden Haus have a computer for Annie, Ruthie, the twins. Well, this past episode "Vote" answered my question, but I must mention some conflicting information, which is, first, Eric and Martin have e-mail, and second, in an earlier episode with the French foreign student, Annie and Eric were chatting on the internet, so with this information we know that Eric and Martin have internet access. Therefore, the question still remains, Why doesn't Annie, Ruthie, the twins, and especially Lucy have a computer, because we know that Eric does have the internet. I really have enjoyed this season, Heaven is so much better when the focus is on the family, now this does not mean that other characters are not needed, and I like the involvement with the community, the church and the extended family. It will be nice to see Captain Michaels again, and hope to see Hank Julie, the Colonel, Grandma Ruth, Mrs Bink and Fred. Take care.

I have been waiting for the new group picture to be release, now some of the individual cast pictures are on the web, but not the group picture. I read somewhere that one was made, but the old red one, with some of the characters that have left, is still on the TV Tome and the Paramount web sites. If a new group picture was taken, with Happy, then Who is responsible for its release? Brenda Hampton? Spelling Productions? The WB Network? I really would like to aee a new group picture, with Happy, replace that old red picture. I don't suppose that we will have a Christmas episode, it would have been nice, just in case this is Heaven's last season. Take care, and get plenty of rest.

Good evening, Mr. Collins
I know that you are busy and just wanted to hi and keep up the good work, Heaven is great this year and it would be nice to have a Christmas story, now that the family is back together, except for one. I am looking forward to the release of your new album and news about a 10th season, and I too am starting to worry but am trying to remain positive. Hope you had a wonderful birthday.

Hi Mr. Collins
I really liked Monday night's episode, it was more like the earlier years. I have enjoyed this season very much, and the issues have been interesting. I know it is too early to know about a 10th season, and I am becoming concerned that this is the last season. Many of the viewers would love another Christman episode, but if Brenda Hampton had plans for one then we probably would have heard some rumor. Hope you enjoyed your birthday and many more to come. I read in a post that you and the 7th Band are going to play at some charity. I would love to be there. As always, you are the best

Good Afternoon, Mr. Collins, I hope you had a memorable birthday with your family and friends. I sincerely hope so.
Do you know, at this time, if this season(9th) will be the last? If this is going to be Heaven's last year, then I want to extend my best wishes to your future success....make that successes... music, books, directoring, and acting.
I love your music and acting, enjoyed your books and short story in Good Housekeeping, and the episodes you directed were very good. Whatever happens, please do not disappear from the public view.
To tie The Waltons and Little House on the Praire is an achievement all its own and 7th Heaven deserves to be in this group of good family shows.
Take care, and the best to you and yours.

Dear Mr. Collins: I am a widow who has admired your work for quite some time. I guess it all began with "Chiefs" and is still running through 7th Heaven! I would like to find out if Chiefs is available yet to buy. I taped it after it came out on TV and let my daughter and her husband (who is a corrections office at our county jail) borrow it. Somehow it went missing at their house. This has been one of my very favorite mini-series on TV, along with Peter Strauss in Under Siege. Both of these series I would love to see again on TV, especially regular cable, since I can't afford satellite or the movie channels.
Again, keep up the wonderful work. Also, I remember seeing you in Scarlett with Joanne Whaley.
I do hope and pray that your work in 7th Heaven has had an effect on your realizing the need for Christ in your life. During this day and time, we need Him more than ever.
God bless!

If it continues being a family-oriented, great values and moral show like we were used to seeing before, I think it may have the potential of being one of the best seasons ever. Dear Stephen, Seventh Heaven is one of my favorite shows. I am a 66 year old grandmother. My father was a Rabbi in Orlando, Coral Gables, and Pompano Beach Florida. I was the oldest of four children. I was the first Bat Mitzvah in Coral Gables in 1952. Watching your show is oftentimes a deja vu for me as you guys bring up so many of the issues that affected me in my life. Maybe not all of them. I certainly identify with many of the growing pains that those children go through. It is so real. I was a rebel and gave my father a hard time for many years. After going through many spiritual paths I am currently back in the fold of a Temple in Weston where I live. It is the moral principals of living that we gain through belief in a higher power that comes through in this program without being preachy. My favorite episode was about the Holocaust victim. The sensitivities and awarenesses from that show were touching. Love Shirah p.s. I enjoy watching you guys get older and still full of love for each other.

Tonights episode was wonderful, there are plenty of adjectives to use to describe this episode, but it seemed everything and all the characters simply went together like in a jigsaw puzzle. I loved the scenes with Eric and Simon, Eric and Annie, even Happy and the mouse.

Mr.Collins
Good Evening to you and your family, it is 10:38 PM on the east coast, but I just wanted to say that I watched 7th Heaven this past Monday and I was not disappointed, this is going to be a good season. It will be interesting to see how this story arc of Simon's will evolve; I hope there is more to this story than just premarital sex. It will be difficult to believe that Heaven would show this subject without some redeeming storyline. Please pin Ruthie's ears back, to speak to your father in such a manner is horrible.
On a different subject, tonight I heard two songs that would be perfect for your website, or for Heaven. The titles I am not certain of but you would probably recognize the words; the first is I'm Going to Build A Mountain, I'm Going To Build a Heaven, and the second song is Hurry Back, Hurry Home.
Have a restful evening and enjoy the upcoming weekend.
P.S. Don't forget the Christmas episode. Thanks
Ruthanne

Mr. Collins
I just finished watching the premier episode of Heaven, it was good, not just good, but very good. I loved the flashbacks with the kids, it is amazing what 7-8 years will do to children. Simon looked so innocent and young in the early years and even in the "Sweeps" episode, but in Monday nite's premier, he struck me as vulnerable but no longer innocent. You and Annie were terrific, as usual. Eric is one handsome man.

Good Evening, Mr. Collins
Tomorrow is the 9th season premier, I have been looking forward to this for the past couple of months. Due to poor planning on my part, I will be taking an evening course this week and next week, but I will be taping 7th Heaven, I would not want to miss this at all.
I was at Barnes and Noble this morning looking at some books on Christianity and Judaism. Ever since the episode with Rabbi Glass and Jewish Laws, I have been interested in the Jewish covenant with God. The Idiot's Guide to Understanding Judaism is an interesting read, especially Chapter 20, if it is ever convenient glance through that chapter.
Have an enjoyable and productive work week, my best wishes to you and your family.

Would it be possible if mr. collins just write in his own guestbook that he really read the mails?
it would be much more easy to write something.
and i would understand that he can not answer all these questions.
fact that he's reading it, is also important.

Dear Stephen,
I´m looking forward to hear you new cd ... I have always though that we didn´t heard enough of your singing in 7th Heavens - so its very very nice that I know can hear you sing so many lovely songs..
Your role as Eric Camden in 7th Heavens is so great that it is unpossible to not fall in love with you at my age.. Younger people won´t love to have "him" as their father, and older ones world love to have "him" as a son.... So keep up the great work...
Good luck with your cd ...

Dear Mr. Collins
This is Thursday evening and I just wanted to say I hope you have a relaxing evening even thought you probably will not read this post until later. I know that you are busy and the hours on 7th Heaven are long, so I am going to say thank you for sharing your talents with us. I am looking forward to the new season of 7th Heaven Monday nite. I really hope that the WB gives Heaven a tenth season. I would never understand why the WB would pass up the distinction of having the longest running family series, hope to hear soon about a tenth season.
Good Night and you get plenty of rest.

I hope people quit writing mean comments to Mr Collins.Im sure he gets so many request with people and there problems He cant awnser.People Mr Collins is an actor not a Real Life Minster. He does play a minster very well thought hard to think he really aint.I am sure it hurt him hearing about all the problems out there in the world.Rember Mr.Collins played a bad guy in Bresters Million and he aint that in real life.He also played a man that killed his wife twice 1. Babysitters Suduction, & Betty Broderick Story but well hes not a bad guy either. He is an actor & does a great Job at that.So please dont get upset at him when he cant help the whole world in real life.Just so everyone can see him ACT on 7th heaven I am sure he is there close to 12 hours a day.So how can he spent all that time there at work to preform for yalls favorite show then come home spent time with his real family then help the world with there problems.I think you are doing a great job as an acter playing a Minster.

Dear Stephen Collins,
I am very glad that you have a way for your fans to let you know how much we appreciate your acting ability.I have been watching you on TV for quite some time now,and I know you are quite talented. Your series Tales of the Gold Monkey was wonderful. I couldn't wait for the next episode! It seems you've done it again with 7th Heaven. Congrats,as I think you deserve it. We would all like it if 7th Heaven could be on TV forever, but, alas we know that can't happen. From the first time I saw you, I had a feeling you would be quite an up,and coming actor to watch for, and I was right. I haven't had the pleasure of seeing all of your movies, but over the years, I've always looked forward to any news of a movie with you in it. You,and the cast of 7th Heaven fit together so well,it's like it was meant to be... Keep up the good work, and I wish you well in all that you endeavor to do. Thank you for sharing your talent with all of us. May God Bless you, and yours.

Good Afternoon, Mr. Collins, Where I live, the mid-atlantic, we are having a beautiful afternoon, hoping you and your family are enjoying this day. I was watching a rerun episode, "It Happened One Night" and realized that so many of the ORIGINAL cast members have beautiful singing voices, you, Beverly, Biel, and Catherine, the family needs to sing more often. I remembered that a week ago I asked about another Christmas episode just in case this year would be 7th
Heaven's final season. Well, I am going to repeat my request, If you have any clout with Brenda Hampton and Mr. Spelling ask for a Christmas story.
I also know that your wife, Faye, is a good singer, and if this is Heaven's final season, maybe she could return in her role as Abby. Does your daughter sing? Well, I need to go and soak up some late summer sun, so the best to you.

Hi stephen collina!!!! I really love your show!!! You are the greatest guy that I have ever seen on television in my life. You are truly my hero. Except for the fact that you delete posts from people that are either expressing their opinions or trying to reach out to you in an attempt to be saved. But that's ok, i forgive you, this time anyway. But i believe that you should change your guestbook preferences, if someone is calling for help, answer it, and be that role model that we all know you are. So anyways in conclusion continue doing such a great job with your show, 9 seasons is definetly something to be proud of. And ps. hello archana and lindz, cuz i know that you two will be reading this hahaha.

Am I not surprised. No I am not, Mr.Collins your staff constantly dissapoints me. As an actor you make yourself out to be a role model, and when someone asks for help you abandon them, whatever, you in my eyes have fallen from such a place where you can never return. And will you leavce this for everyone to see? no, but will I keep putting it back? I will.,... not all critism is positive. Remember that.

Hello to everyone,
We are Julia and Gina and have been writing something into this guestbook for over one year now.We always had a lot of fun doing that because there was /is so much we want to tell Stephen Collins(and also other fans). So in general we had been writing quite long guestbook entries about 7th Heaven,Stephen`s CD and so on.We check the guestbook from time to time and when doing so a few days ago we were very shocked to find a very disgusting anti-homosexual entry. The following day we were glad to find it removed.(By the Webmaster, obviously)However,we also saw that something we considered as quite funny and not very insulting was also removed. So we just wrote a short entry yesterday which said nothing more than that we were glad the anti-homosexual stuff was removed and that we do not appreciate that people get too prude and remove too much.
Today we were quite annoyed when we saw that our entry was removed.Basically we had written nothing different from Ruthanne`s entry which is,however, still in.
We found that quite unfair. So maybe we are too liberal or something but we think that this sexual stuff,as long as it has something to do with Stephen Collins, should be allowed to stay in the guestbook.Well,we never wrote something like that and we do not intend to do so but, it is quite obvious that Stephen`s fans feel attracted to him and some even write what others only think. There is nothing wrong with that.If you have a different oppinon that is fine but please do not just remove our entry.
Censureship is necessary when a minority is insulted and so on but ,in general, normal criticism shall never ever be removed because then there is no freedom of expression anymore and noone wants that. When the new season starts we will write new entries and we do not want any iof them to be removed. If anyone has a problem with our opinion please let us know. You got our names and e-mail adress:
We love this guestbook as much as you do ,and Stephen we love,of course, even more.
And this was written for the guestbook`s sake!!!
Best wishes,Julia and Gina

Dear Mr. Collins and Mr. Kamm
Thank you for removing the anti-homosexual remarks made in response to my post about good and evil, also I appreciate the removal of the unacceptable address
to you both. I suspect that both entries were posted by same person(s). Although, the young man that was making a comparison between Mr. Collins' character,Eric, and his minister I found funny, but understand that young children send Mr. Collins messages.
I apologize for any negative and unwarranted responses posted in this guestbook that my comments elicited. If I post anymore comments, then I will be careful of the content.

Dear Sir,
As you notice, I'm Dutch. So please excuse me for writing a lots of mistakes...
I don't think you will actually read this message. I believe you have more work than just replie to all these questions.
Still, I want to ask you something.
Would there be any possibelity that I can write you personally? As a matter of fact I have to tell you something very amazing. But knowing that everyone can read this, makes me a little bit afraid.
So, even when I know that you're very busy, I wanted to ask you from the bottom of my heart: please, may I write you? Or would you atleast reply a few lines at this cry for help?
I take a last chance to write: if there is an organisation who read this message (and not mr. collins), would you give this message to him?
Thank you very much...
With love,
Mary

I misspelled the word exist, and it totally changes the meaning of the sentence. Several months ago in a small neighhood restaurant, I was talking to an openly homosexual young man about the good versus evil in this world, and he said that in his experience there is far more good. I agree.

Good Morning, Mr. Collins
Early this morning I checked the TV Tome site to see if the cast photos for the 9th season had been posted, and to read threads of interest. There was a thread posted by a 13 year old girl concerning SGT. Dwight J. Morgan, The Known Soldier; she was recommending to the 7th Heaven posters to read the memorial and the messages that have been left by so many 7th Heaven viewers. Well, I did just that and was moved by the tributes to this young man, who died too young in service to his country, and the young people of 12,13,14,15, years of age who left their own personal tributes after watching this episode of 7th Heaven. It has been a long time since I have taken down my Bible from the top shelf of the book case, but I seem to recall a verse in the Bible saying that a "child shall lead them."
Sir, I am going to leave you my thoughts, there is more good in this world than evil, and if we focus our energies on our children, then some time in the future only good will exit. Soon, I will return to SGT.Morgan's memorial and will leave my message to his sacrifice.

Best wishes with the 9th season, about two more weeks before the premiere. I want this to be the best season ever. All the seasons have been good, it's just that there have been some standout episodes, like "Here Comes Santa Claus"
"One Hundred" and "Busted." We will not know until next year whether there will be a 10th season, so many of us would like another Christmas story with the Camden family and the extended family, since this year may the last for 7th

Dear Mr. Collins,
Tonights episode of "High and Dry" was not one of the better scripts of the 8th season, it did not do justice to the actors, which is a pity. Do not misunderstand, there were some excellent episodes in the 8th season, such as,
"Charity Begins at Home," and There's No Place Like It." The 9th season is returning its focus on to the Camden family and I am looking forward to the new season. I am also looking forward to the release of your new CD.

Dear Stephen, I just want to tell you how wonderfull I think it is to see an actor with such courage as to allow anyone to send them comments on line like this! I must say, I think that 7th Heaven has got to be the worst show in the history of television! The prudish morality of the script is just awefull! The lines are horrible, and no children under 12 years old is that eloquant which probably explains why the children seem to be such bad actors. (they probably aren't that bad, but when you're stuck with a bad script...) Anyways, with this bad critic, I must admit, that you are the best thing on that show, I wish we would see you more often in different roles. Question, have you ever played a bad guy? I think you would be terrific as a criminal, or a vampire or something realy evil! And another question, will 7th Heaven ever deal with anything in a realistic way? I could just imagine one of the children comming out of the closet, how would your pastor react? Would he chase them out of the house in the name of God? Or would he accept them as they are and not try to change them? I'm just wondering?

Dear Mr. Collins
Last week, I was in Borders and came across the book "Five Minutes with the President, I read a few of the essays. After reading your essay, and watching 7th Heaven over the years and remembering the episode on Prayer, I have a question that at sometime you may be able to address in some essay. First, I know that Duke University and probably other found that patients that were prayed for, and the prayer groups did not know the patients, had a higher rate of recovery than other patients. You practice Transcendental Meditation, so the question is: Do you believe TM and Prayer are the same? If not,What would be the differences and the similarities? Is one a part of the other?
Just some thoughts in my mind, in the meantime, I will be watching 7th Heaven this season(22 days to go) and praying for a 10th season.
Enjoy your weekend, and best wishes for the 9th season.
